La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro. La luminosidad del apartamento. Tiene todo lo necesario. Cama cómoda y limpia. Toallas suficientes.
Como aportación recomendaría revisar el microondas. Estaba sucio y quemado. También revisaría la limpieza a fondo en general. Este punto no condicionó nuestra estancia porque el apartamento estaba correcto, simplemente que hay puntos que deberían revisarse. ( Bayetas , extractor, microondas...)

Es war direkt gegenüber vom Parkhaus. Nicht weit in die Stadt zu laufen. Brauhaus nur über die Brücke laufen.
Es war zu heiß, keinen Sonnenschutz.

Het appartement voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen, de gastheer was behulpzaam en stond altijd klaar om aan onze verzoeken te voldoen. We komen zeker terug.

Pretty good and relatively quiet location, nicely furnished, everything needed to have a comfortable stay without feeling like something was missing. Even had a portable fan, which was a thoughtful addition, especially at the beginning of summer, when even at night, the apartment didn't really manage to cool down on it's own.
Cleanliness was definitely missing and was a huge disappointment. The cleanliness was such an issue, that I don't think that either of us felt really comfortable while in the apartment. The elevator was a bit strange, and took some getting used to, but was fine in the end. All things considered, I honestly don't feel like I could recommend this place to someone, unfortunately.
