The location
I’ve stayed here 4 consecutive years. This was the first year we had the alley view. Not the best.

Staff, location, general area, view from room, bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well.
No real lobby area to enjoy, no ice machine or ice trays in freezer to make ice, closet way to small and to short to hang midi dresses, mirror inside closet is bad spot - can't really see well, a pot and pan were there to use the cook top but no cooking utensils.

The breakfast was very good! Although we had a fruit fly that appeared to come in with ours the first day and then we couldn't get rid of it. But the breakfast was very, very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only challenge there was at check out we were in a hurry to get to a tour and no one was at the desk. Finally after 10 minutes I yelled downstairs and found someone. They should leave a sign on the desk how to find them if they are gone. The rooms were decently clean and cute decor.
I had paid for a superior room because I needed twin beds and not a king. Apparently there was a radio button on booking I was supposed to select that I did not see and I did not get twin beds. I was super disappointed to get a king bed after I paid $100 more a night and at that point I could have just paid for the classic room with the king bed. Also the hair dryer was missing the back part of it and it sucked my hair in and tore my hair.
