Beautiful hotel but disastrous transfer. Booked a deluxe triple room for a swift visit for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Great location just a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Requested a room with a view and we were in for a lovely surprise with a lovely welcome note/sweets/voucher. Managed to hold our bags on checkout so we could explore before our evening flight.
I would not use the transfer service - whilst this hasn’t affected the star rating of the hotel, it’s affiliated with the hotel and I’m incredibly disappointed. We waited over an hour for them to arrive and only after many calls/messages. We were charged 2x what Uber would cost. Was expecting a luxury car for €85 and we got a Citroen DS. Driver was nice but it was advertised as a CLASSIC CAR. Absolutely damaging to the hotel as we feel we were ripped off.

Location was great
They had an event at the hotel that went on till 1:30am. People were out on the streets smoking, drinking and talking all night long. We came back late from the Netherlands and were so tired and had to get up the next day to fly back home that we only slept about three hours because of the noise from the hotel. If I would’ve known this event was happening I never would’ve booked here.
