Excellent location, very close to Grand Palais and Tour Eiffel. The reception staff were very helpful and very keen to meets all our requirments, from an early check in and a late check up, recommending very good restaurants and places to visit. The food was great for both breakfast and brunch, the hotel rooms were beautiful

Only location
The restaurant staff (the waiters) didn't just not smile — they had such looks on their faces that you felt like you came to their house to ask them for money. The housekeepers cleaned poorly, you had to wait all day and remind them twice. There were no shower caps in the room, and the minibar was never restocked.
