Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The staff were truly amazing, friendly, professional, and extremely supportive throughout my stay. They made me feel very welcome and were always ready to help with anything I needed.
Honestly, nothing. I had a very pleasant stay and everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Location
I feel the bed frame digging into my stomach, and one side is sagging from overuse and is tiring.
The beds are worn and tired, the coffee bar is replenished upon request, and reservations made via Google are priced differently. Then, when you check out, you're surprised to find a city tax deduction.
