Location was perfect for our trip.

Undergoing renovation and booked room changed at last minute. Some staff helpful and friendly, others not so much.

Good room size, good bathroom and inter connecting rooms for our teenage children.

Our room outside the front window was a bit noisy in the early hours of the morning(delivery’s)

The location of the hotel is superb. Youn reach main points by walking. The hotel is just behind Champs-Elysees street.

Breakfast was limited choice, there were renovation work inside the hotel and this was not mentioned during reservation. First night, due to renovation work ther was truck parked out side of the building to carry excavation and it was too early to do such evacuation. Parking price is reasonal when you compare with İngo however the innee road to underground parking was too narrow that moderate drivera can easily scratch the car….

Bad customer support. I've been waiting for days for my invoice and nobody is replying

the room was not clean. the air conditioner doesn't working.

room cleaning was very efficient, it was good to go back to a clean room after a long day visiting Paris. the bed was soft and comfortable. all the staff is understanding and kind.

water temperature was very unstable, got burned and felt freezing from time to time. one more thing, that our key cards did not work for two days in a row that we felt a little bit troublesome. Perhaps the hotel can provide dish washer liquid so that after using the kitchenware, we can just clean everything by ourselves after cooking and eating.
