The property had a nice entry and welcomed you with a juice beverage served in a cocktail glass. Our room had a nice window that opens up to the street views of Paris.
The room was small and tight like most hotels in Paris. The staff was not friendly during our stay except for the young woman who walked us to our room. This hotel didn’t have a 5star luxury boutique feel. The bed was uncomfortable and everything looked and felt old in a non flattering way. The cocktail bar was only location we took photo in hotel and the drinks were not good.

The location of the property and the hotel’s design are superb. The staff were also very good.
I booked two rooms, and one of them had two issues. First, the air conditioning was not working properly, and second, the water in the shower did not drain properly.

The hotel is really nice as a boutique hotel, looks fresh and well renovated. The material used is great such as walls , bathrooms , floorings. The front desk and stuff in the ground is all well mannered and very presentable to guests BUT
The house keeping is very weak, and the cleaning isn’t up to standard . I could have told them but since all day we are out just come to refresh , I never seen refreshing towels, refreshing water has never been filled or provided unless I request. Or even remove and dirt from room, papers leftover. And the turndown service has been done very poorly.
I would take this hotel very nice with all aspects and the only downside side is the house keeping and if requested something it could be very cold and slow.
