Nice design; but I expected more and better

We loved the staff, especially Frank and Jeremy, who went out of their way to help us with bookings and information about Paris and tour sites. Frank was very friendly and helpful. the hotel was very central to central Paris, and we walked to champs Elysee, the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph. It was a beautiful hotel.

Felt more like a hotel lobby with rooms
No Dyson hairdryer in the room as advertised
