Location, location, location!
The on-site Asian restaurant was always fully booked so I didn’t get to experience it as a hotel guest.

from first sight you will feel comfirtable and wecloming, the hotel exceeded my expectation, their staff are top notch
checking in was so fast the room's size was spacious and the bonus its location, behind the George V street and you will sleep like a baby without any disturbance.

La Clef is in an amazing location, just a stone’s throw from the Champs-Élysées. It is also conveniently close to the Métro, excellent shopping and many of Paris’s main attractions.
On the less positive side, the in-room dining service is outsourced to a third party. The menu is very limited, and even simple modifications cannot be accommodated, which is rather strange for a hotel of this standard. The minibar was also completely empty, so any soft drinks or other refreshments had to be specially requested.
Unfortunately, the mattress was badly worn and felt more like a waterbed, leaving us with an uncomfortable floating sensation throughout the night.
The most frustrating issue occurred before check-out, when we were suddenly locked out of our room. We returned to reception four times to have our key reactivated, but it still did not work. This was extremely inconvenient and should not happen in a hotel at this level.
