Briliant

Elena was briliant host, she was very helpful. I can only recommend to stay by her. The apartment was very modern eqiped, with all what you need for briliant stay. Dear Elena thank you so much for everything.

Excellent! Loved it

Excellent parking spot right out the front. 5 minutes walk to the metro and Elena gave us a metro card to use and refill. Only 10 minutes by metro to Seville city. Perfect house for a family where we could cook our own meals. Really lovely host!

Cea mai buna locatie de vizitat Sevilla

Amplasarea aproape de metrou, pe o strada destinata doar riveranilor il face o locatie linistita si foarte SAFE! Oriunde parcarea este gratuita, locuri sunt foarte multe si chiar si parcarea ofera o parcare. Am putut vizita Sevilla simplu folosind metroul, pentru care am primit chiar un card de metrou de la proprietate. Am primit recomandari unde sa mancam, ce sa vizitam, la ce ora, secrete de localnici tot. Gazda, mama si fica, sunt foarte prietenoase si ne-am simtit ca acasa. Recomand cu drag!

Una soluzione ideale a Siviglia poco lontano dal centro

Appartamento grazioso, funzionale, ben curato e provvisto di tutto. Nonostante il caldo d'agosto e perfino senza l'aria condizionata l'ambiente è abbastanza fresco. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e a circa 10 minuti a piedi, assieme alla metropolitana, vi è una zona commerciale ricca di locali, in caso si voglia restare vicino casa. Il centro di Siviglia si raggiunge facilmente con la metropolitana, che non è quasi mai affollata. Un punto speciale alla piscina che si trova poco oltre sulla via, grande e anche questa mai affollata, soprattutto nelle prime ore del pomeriggio.

Piccole note con cui migliorare una soluzione già eccellente. Primo, visto il caldo afoso, sarebbe gentile accogliere i viaggiatori con almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in un frigo che abbiamo trovato vuoto, ecco. Quella del rubinetto era ovviamente calda all'ora in cui siamo arrivati. Secondo, dopo tanti anni che viaggio con Booking o senza, vorrei far notare che comunicare scrivendo solo in spagnolo con clienti che vengono dall'estero non credo sia una buona idea. Sarebbe opportuno esprimersi in inglese, visto che lo si conosce. Inoltre, l'appartamento è un po' piccolo per coppie che hanno i figli grandi, ma per fortuna c'è un divano nel soggiorno. Le camere non hanno finestre, ma per vacanze brevi la cosa è sopportabile. Per il resto, tutto eccellente, ripeto.

Formidable séjour je recommande cette location

Nous avons tout apprécié. Appartement très propre , il ne manque rien .Très calme , moderne , spacieux pour quatre .Un emplacement devant ma porte pour notre voiture ce qui est très appréciable.Un grand merci à la propriétaire très très sympathique , gentille adorable rigolote et surtout nous a vraiment bien expliqué , les visites le métro etc... Super 👍👍

A sweet place to stay in Seville

This location was ideal because it was a cool and quiet place away from the city -but the metro was close and as easy as could be-a straight line to the city center. Especially, we found Elena and Dale to be warm and kind, and so helpful. They gave us great recommendations and I was grateful for the washing machine for clothing complete with detergent.

The pool facilities weren’t open in early May-we would have used the pool if it were open.

Great choice to visit Seville without worrying about parking your car. The 2-bedroom apartment is in a nice and quiet residential area, with a parking spot right in front of the house. The metro to Seville city center is a very short walk away - we found it very convenient. Clean apartment, with a well appointed full kitchen, and a small outside area where you can relax. For us, the fact that the bedroom had no windows was an advantage - being winter, it was cozy warm. Airing through the front door proved efficient and sufficient.

All was well, but, to be a bit picky, I would have liked to see the inside air-conditioning unit cleaner.

Superb

Very quiet and safe residential area, close to the metro - very easy acces to Sevilla centre (good value for money), parking in front of the building, nice host speaking very well English.

The two bedrooms are without windows. Nevertheless the living room is nice and you can spend time there also on the small terrace :-)

Very Nice Apartment Near Metro, Dining, and Supermarket

Enjoyed this apartment with parking in front. Nice residential neighborhood. It is a 10 minute walk to Metro, more than 10 dining options, and a very good supermarket. Spacious and well equipped, coffee provided. Very fast Wi-Fi. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Felt like home.

Good location to visit Seville

Nice and clean apartment conveniently located in quite neighbourhood close to metro, supermarket and restaurants and bars. Parking next to the property for medium size car. Very comfortable mattresses.

Apartment has no windows, which was not a problem in November.

Excellent experience.

Elena and Dale were so warm and welcoming and there was no language barrier. They helped us plan our stay, adjusted our TV to an English setting, and offered to help us in various ways. We parked our car right in front of the apartment and never moved since the metro was an easy hop into the city. Excellent Wifi which we needed since we were working remotely during this work/vacation trip.

Good location for exploring Seville, Host was super friendly and helpful. Great pool too!

Location as expected. Outside of central Seville, but a mere 5 minute walk to the Metro station and a good service into the city in just over 10 minutes.
