This hotel was the most expensive hotel we could see in potosi and we booked it as a treat after staying in hostels. The hotel location is great, right on the main square of Potosí. The room was very nicely decorated and clean. Despite a small language barrier, the staff were very helpful and welcoming.
For the price we paid the room was quite small and very hot at night! We were unable to turn down the radiator. Breakfast was also slightly disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

It really is Colonial and impressive inside…
My room was cold longer than I expected before the heating came on. No tea or coffee facilities- but cafes are nearby… I was hoping for coca tea- altitude support

Location, comfort of bed
There were some basic amenities missing such as water boiler. Not even a single bottle of water eat provided with the room and mini bar was ridiculously expensive. The hotel was nice but lacked a character.
