One of the most beautiful hotel Ive ever been to. The gardens are amazing, the breakfast and the view from the restaurant is magnificent. Rooms are super confortable and location is very good. The staff is also really helpful and polite. I would choose it again!
They should get smart TVs for the rooms and a better WiFi connection.

The location is great and the hotel has an amazing garden / patio. From the restaurant / breakfast area there is a great view over the city of Sucre.
The staff is poorly trained. We were booked into a stone cold room which was a problem with outside temperatures being around 10 degrees. We had to inquire several times with no assistance being initiated from hotel staff. Breakfast: despite the high number of staff on site, there were never clean tables when we arrived for breakfast. Since there was only one table for a bigger group, we always had to move tables in oder to fit. Even though it was known that we travel with 3 kids.
