Michael Angelo was very pleasant and helpful when arriving to get the keys. He was also very helpful with informing us of places to go, how to get around, and anything we needed. Top tier customer service. It was such a smooth process staying here!

the property was very clean and very welcoming lovely area housekeeping was fantastic pool was refreshing bathrooms were immaculate kitchen spacious
only thing i could fault about the property is the size of the fridge although that might just be us

Qualité du service, piscine privée magnifique à remous, taille et décoration du logement. Possibilité de profiter de l'autre piscine de l'hôtel à côté. Super petits déjeuners. Personnel très serviable. Logement à proximité du centre de Fira.
Climatisation peu efficace et bruyante. L'isolation phonique pourrait être améliorée car l'environnement est bruyant.

De accommodatie was prachtig, schoon en modern. De kleine zembad was geweldig en de locatie was rustig, maar toch dichtbij restaurants en het centrum van Firá. De gastheer was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Niets, alles was naar verwachting en we hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad.
