The property was central but in a quiet area. It only took a few minutes to walk to the Riva where you could book or catch a boat trip, to Diocletian’s Palace and the old town and all the restaurants. Our rooms were spotless, shower very good and beds were very comfy. The aircon worked really well and was silent. There was also a safe in the wardrobe for passport and valuables which was useful. Our sheets and towels were changed after 4 days and bins were emptied which we hadn’t expected. Our hostess, Sandra was brilliant and messaged to check we had all we needed when we arrived and she responded to all our enquiries immediately throughout our stay.
A couple of times the water didn’t stay hot when having a shower and was more luke warm

The apartment is recently renovated and brand new, featuring white high-gloss furniture and elegant Dalmatian stone. It is an exceptionally beautiful apartment located right in the center of Split. It includes a brand-new bathroom and fresh towels. There is also a Nescafé coffee machine with complimentary coffee provided for your entire stay.The owner, Ms. Sandra, is incredibly kind and friendly. She even allowed me to store my luggage after check-out.

Location was perfect for exploring the old town, booking trips and excursions , and surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants and bars. The accommodation was comfortable and the host was extremely helpful. Communication was excellent .
We liked the authentic feel of the apartment but were so grateful for the modern air conditioning !!
