Communication through What'sApp was quick and seamless by Nadja. Lots of helpful information getting to apt via a video and chat and even a phone call. Very comfortable room in a perfect location. Tango #2. Photos are accurate on website. Table area with window and shade with small frig under and in kettle for hot water some packets of instant coffee. Small market Konzum around the corner past the restaurant has more coffee, baked goods, fresh fruit ,dairy, etc.
Only that I wasn't aware that I had to go up a flight of stairs with luggage, luckily both husband and I managed even if we are in our 70's. I could have asked one of the young waiters outside our door that work at the restaurant for help otherwise.

I booked a night here at the beginning and end of my trip, and after my first stay, I was really looking forward to the second. The location is ideal, the room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with high-end finishes. Wonderful AC,big shower with good water pressure, and thoughtful touches like a mini fridge, kettle, mugs and glasses. From now on, this is the only place I want to stay in Split.

Centrally located - a five minute walk to most of Split’s attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and despite being above a number of bars and restaurants, it was quiet (and the music tends to stop at 12.30 at the latest anyway).
Nadja was an excellent host with clear check in instructions and some very helpful local recommendations for eating and drinking.
Oh, and during one of the hottest Augusts on record, the highly effective air-con was a welcome boon.
