Excellent location in Split. Small but cozy especially for a solo traveller.responsive and helpful host with easy check in at any time.
Building has a bit of a shabby entrance.

The room was clean and easily accessible to all sights within split. The bed is comfortable, and clean towels were provided daily or as needed.
The entrance to the property does not align with the luxury label. The number over the front door does not to match the address given (given address is 2 3, yet only 2 is over the door) The front door had graffiti on it and a wire was hanging across it. Inside, the entrance reeked of urine and was generally unclean. Given the rates charged for the room, the owner should accept the responsibility of cleaning up this whole entrance. Also unclear is that this is a 4th floor walk up making it difficult for some in our party . I would also highly recommend that hooks be installed in the bathroom near the shower. There is no where to hang a towel while showering or when finished.

Se encuentra en una ubicación excelente, cerca de lugares para comer y tomar algo. Recibimos la habitación muy limpia y el dueño estuvo en todo momento a disposición de nosotros. Excelente lugar para ir.
Son tres pisos por escalera, al llevar valijas grandes es cansador la subida. Pero de todos modos lo recomiendo, esto es una información que sabíamos previo a ir.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
The entrance is extremely difficult to find, there are no signs or instructions. I had to ask the next door business who called the property manager to come get me. The building is old and seems abandoned. The entrance to the building is not well kept. The room is 2 flight of stairs, and looks straight out of a horror movie, specially if you are arriving at night which was my case. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel 100% safe based on the fact that the building has no light, and the entrance door is always open. However, once you arrive in the room, it is locked by card and it seems reasonably safe.
