餐飲豐盛、住房服務好，音樂會、觀星活動很棒，SPA很舒適，有洗衣機很方便。
住2天餐食菜色沒有太多變化、晚上活動完全一樣。
Booking訂房連住2天沒有優惠，而且飯店生日優惠也不適用。

Breakfast and dinner buffet had good selection of food and some variety day to day. It was very organized and comfortable spacing between tables.
The rooms were good size, clean comfortable. Good bathrooms with in toilet bidet and shower. We liked the renovation they did, it was thorough and thoughtful.
Staff were very polite and warm at every interaction. The lady at the spa was great with the kids, thank you for being so kind and helpful to them.
Easy walk to the Salmon conservation center and beautiful views of the mountains from the car park.
TV selection of channels included for free instead of being behind a paywall.

We got a room in seemingly renovated part. The rooms were clean, shower was maybe not super clean but ok.
The best part really are the beds and pillows. Super comfy. Hotel located inside the park, easy to walk around and enjoy.
The dinners and breakfasts are well optioned but for some reason almost all the food was cold (despite being on heaters). There is no other option for dinner inside the park, so if you stay here you either choose this or eat noodles from 7-11 (assuming you got them on the way, no 7-11 in the park).
For a hotel at this price, laundry should be free (it costs 50ntd to wash and 50ntd to dry, laundry tablet can be bought for 10ntd).
The hotel overall is a bit oldfashioned, the staff mostly is ok but not very kind and don't look happy to see you. Not a single staff member even said ni hao or hello when passing by in the corridor...
