The villa has everything you could need and more. After a long day travelling, the pool was a welcome sight. The hot tub, the amount of comfortable seating and the list goes on. The tablet that shows all the things around the villa, the local spots to eat and drink or visit, excursions it's just superb.
The pool table is a little uneven, but that would be my only thing

Superb villa. Large inside and out. Kitchen utensils totally there. Outside pool, jacuzzi and seating area fantastic.
Nothing. 20 minutes walk to beach / bars/restaurants

The location
No maid service during our stay
Outside area not cleaned before our arrival
Pool heating not switched on and needed cleaning
Pool cover in shreds
Broken drain cover outside living area
Broken wooden cap on rails outside
Needs some work to bring it up to a standard that reflects the price
Never had to pay for air conditioning ever
Informed we had to pay extra for the use of the hot tub days before we flew
