Great reception but a better confirmation email would have speared her hanging about. Point out which door should be used.

Wifi explanation: it took me until midnight to work out which router to use and the passkey. The pubs nearby could have been a problem in hot summer but weren't for me.

The facilities and the cleanliness. Top notch!

The room was Hot and the Duvet was too thick. Maybe if there was a way the rooms could have a thermostat or a Duvet + throw option

The location, ambiance and the interior of the common room with breakfast materials and comfortable sitting and working environment.

I met the staff member only once and other than that I have never seen her for any questions

Good location.

This is really a guest house. It is branded as an inn with private rooms. There is one family room that is ok, and this is what we got, but the vibe, atmosphere, and facilities are suitable for a guest house and not an inn for family with children. Breakfast is quite poor.
