The Gasworks once provided the gas for the town of Strathalbyn until it ceased production in 1917 and is now beautifully converted to accommodation for its owners and guests in our lovingly restored private fully self contained cottages. The Stables Cottage as its name suggests was once the home to the horses that lived on site but is now a cosy romantic cottage with own lounge/kitchette and bedroom with queen bed and ensuite spa bathroom. Situated at the far side of the property, privacy is guaranteed and you enjoy beautiful views of the gardens. Take a stroll around the beautiful gardens, maybe enjoy a picnic on the lawns.
