The amazing window with shutter.
We can’t think of anything.

The location is great! The room is clean and feels new. It provides room slippers which is perfect for cold season. The Nespresso coffee cheers me up instantly. The front desk and the breakfast staff were all helpful and warm.
We stayed 2 nights but on one night there was condensation on the big glass window. The water droplets blurred our view of the Aurora and stars. We had to go outdoor to enjoy the lights. It was still wonderful.

Nice location around the forest. And on the heels of Santa Claus village
There was NO staff. They gave everyone off for the holidays. Not one person to welcome the guest and take to the room. I had to manage the puzzle of taking the keys out then look for the room etc. Find it appalling that you book a room and 0 staff at the property and call yourself a 5 star hotel.
