It is strategically located - walking distance to the Santa Claus Village. Beautiful suite - I almost wanted to stay in all the time because the suite offered more than I expected
The gravelly road between the front desk and the suites are not suitable for luggage wheels but I understand it works differently when it snows

The staff were proactive to ensure the arrangements of the bed are suitable for our stay. The checkin was very smooth and the Receptionist was very friendly and informative about the local attractions.

Surroundings- fresh air, cool facilities
It’s not property per say, it’s the fact that off season many activities are on the low intensity ; non refundable reservations (prefer to pay more but have refundable order)

Nice location around the forest. And on the heels of Santa Claus village
There was NO staff. They gave everyone off for the holidays. Not one person to welcome the guest and take to the room. I had to manage the puzzle of taking the keys out then look for the room etc. Find it appalling that you book a room and 0 staff at the property and call yourself a 5 star hotel.
