Staff were really friendly and great location; close to the shops and next to snowman world. Our cabin was close to the entrance so we didnt have to walk far, which was greatly appreciated as we were travelling with elderly parents. We had our own beautiful Christmas tree outside the cabin. We had the cabin with a sauna and that was really easy to use; clear and simple instructions were provided, had enough space for 2 people.
The tv was in a funny location; above the headboard of the beds, but we didn't mind it too much. The bathroom sinks were tiny.

Excellent facilities all easily accessible. Children (and adults!) all enjoyed the activities on offer. Rooms were clean and cosy. Sauna was great. Close to the airport so short transfer time.

Very uncomfertable to sleep as a couple with two single beds pushed next to each other. No maintenance service at night. If you have a problem in your room at night, you need to wait until the next day for maintenance to check.

All’arrivo, quando ho visto la reception, mi sono commossa perché era esattamente come avevo immaginato! Il cottage invece era anche più bello di quanto pensassi! Caldo, spazioso, ben arredato…veramente perfetto! In bagno, oltre alla sauna, c’erano persino un phon e una piastra Ghd.
Il personale è stato gentilissimo e pronto a venire incontro ad ogni necessità…ad esempio, abbiamo fatto un early check in senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.
Il costo, in relazione ad altri hotel di zona, è anche contenuto. Un soggiorno che vi consiglio almeno una volta nella vita.
Spero vivamente di poterci ritornare!

De accommodatie was geweldig. Mooier kun je het niet krijgen denk ik. Wat een leuk dorpje is dit. Enorm sfeervol. Voorzieningen om iets te plannen sluiten goed aan. Je kunt heel eenvoudig vervoer regelen of een mooie safari boeken.
De Finse keuken is redelijk eenvoudig. Het lokaal personeel is wat kortaf. De uitstraling van de accommodatie is fantastisch. De inrichting van het restaurant is wat simpel.

Direkte Lage im Weihnachtsmanndorf. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ausreichend.
Leider nur zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten. Ein richtiges Doppelbett wäre von Vorteil gewesen.
Die ausklappbare Couch ist für eine Nacht OK.

Le lieu est magique,au cœur du village du Père Noël ! Il est facile de tout faire à pied et pour les excursions les prises en charge se font devant la réception. Les chalets sont thématisés,très confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Le personnel est très sympathique et répond à toutes les questions. Le bar et le restaurant sont très agréables également.Très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport,soit en navette selon l'heure soit en 5 minute en taxi,commandé par la réception à notre demande. Possibilité de louer un équipement grand froid directement à l'accueil.
Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre même en baissant le thermostat. Dommage que les chalets classiques ne bénéficient pas d'un accompagnement pour les bagages car il est difficile de trainer les valises dans la neige.

Wir fühlen uns im Santa Claus Village sehr wohl. Die Cottages sind sehr gemütlich und bieten auch genug Platz. Lage ist auch perfekt, ein paar Meter und man ist direkt an der Rezeption.
Schade das es keinen kostenlosen Shuttle mehr gibt. Jetzt muss man leider ein Taxi auf eigene Kosten nehmen. 2022 war das noch anders.
Wenn man kochen möchte wäre ein 2. Topf sinnvoll in der Ausstattung.

Die Lage ist hammer! Mit dem Mietauto 5 min vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Zimmer war mit allen notwendigen Mitteln ausgestattet. 10% mit der Holiday-Village Karte für Restaurant und Souvenirs (falls man dies nicht vergisst vorzuzeigen ;) Sauna im Badezimmer top!

Nous étions en suite donc immense appartement avec 2 chambres , sauna , et tout les équipements souhaités . Literie excellente . Grande terrasse . Il y a même une cuisine pour ceux qui veulent en profiter . Séche cheveux et même pince à raidir .
Il y avait du personnel qui parlait français et très gentil.
Petit déjeuner copieux mais pas trop de qualité .
Idéal pour les familles c’était le rêve .
On est arrivé plus tôt on a pu avoir l’appart avant .

Comme nous étions en suite , l’appartement était un peu loin du hall Donc avec le froid valait mieux rien oublier .
Dommage qu’on pouvait pas se faire livrer le petit dej dans l’appart .

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend, denn alles war sehr gut zu erreichen, keine weiten Wege, man war nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen und hatte alle favorisierten Aktivitäten beisammen. Das Cottage war cozy und sehr gemütlich.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Mucho espacio y con todo lo que se requiere para tener una estadia agradable. Nos encantó tener sauna privado. Es un gran lugar para alojarse en Rovaniemi. Además el complejo tiene todas las actividades. Incluso hay un bar (Loft) solo para adultos que tiene unos cócteles maravillosos para relajarse en la noche.
El desayuno es bueno. Sin embargo no le dan mucha atención a ciertas cosas, como por ejemplo los huevos cocidos los servían fríos, el café se agotaba rápido y no había un cambio adecuado.

The entire village is quite a magical experience and there are several options for hotels, food, souvenirs. My kids loved that there were many sleds available for use scattered around the property. The staff at the main lodge made it easy to book our activities and were patient with all of our questions. Additionally, there are many activities for kids and adults within the villages to keep entertained (petting zoo, kids snow mobile park, reindeer rides, playground, sledding, etc). The village itself is located just a short distance from the airport and main city making it convenient to move around with taxis.
The rooms, although clean and updated, were quite "no-frills". I know you are paying a premium for the experience of staying within the village, however, for the amount you pay it would have been nice to have a few other comforts such as a coffee maker (instead of the instant stuff that was available).

El hotel está en una zona clave, nos atendieron de maravilla, teniendo en cuenta nuestros comentarios y solicitudes. El desayuno bastante completo, con buenos horarios posibilidades. Estar alojado en el Village te ofrece un 10% de descuento en las tiendas, algo muy interesante tambien.
Me sorprendió que en los 5 días alojados no se arreglase la habitacion, ya no es un tema de hacer las camas, si no de cambiar las bolsas de basura o limpiar los suelos, en una habitación para 4 personas rodeada de nieve, es necesario dar una pasada al dia, toallas, reponer papel higienico...

We loved seeing the reindeer and the huskies. The room was very big and the beds were big and comfortable. Breakfast was huge, they had lots of different foods to choose from and everything was delicious.

The breakfast is good. Different options for different people can be satisfied. The room has the sauna which you can take a rest inside with your family. Husky and Reindeer Parks are quite nearer which managed by the other companies which are also good choose for the kids but not free.
