The pool is large and has 3 different levels so it’s great for our little kids.
The crew was kind and very supportive.
The restaurant in the resort is not so good, they have a doll breakfast which served in a buffet full of flys.
The lunch is ok.
And the dinner was good only 1 night when they open the pizza place down stairs in the other nights we preferred to go eat outside. To be fair the prices of the food are descent .
Kitesurfing- the place is on the sea but the wind there is too gusty they won’t let you rent gear and surf out the hotel. If you want to surf you have to pay for a ride to the lagoon.
The kite gear they suggest is old.
Not suitable for kite surfers who want to go from the hotel by walk to surf.
The crew was kind and great but it seems they have no roles as if they have a great bar - without a bartender. They have a nice pizza oven - without a chef etc.

Good value for money, clean, well-maintained property.
The room and bathroom were spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated that the hotel arranged our Wilpattu safari at a very reasonable price, including a convenient packed breakfast for the trip.
The swimming pool was clean and had a separate child-friendly section, making it suitable for families. Overall, the resort provides good facilities and comfort for a three-star hotel and is definitely worth the price.
There were a few areas that could be improved. Although the resort is located along the coast, our room was quite a walk from the beach, which was slightly inconvenient.
The Wi-Fi connectivity was HORRIBLE, and the breakfast had very limited variety. The TV display in our room was also slightly damaged and could use some attention. Finally, while the swimming pool was clean and child-friendly, it was relatively small for the size of the resort.

Fantastic staff and great location in the centre of the Kalpitiya kiteboarding action. Reasonably priced, generous rooms with great Sri Lankan curries served.
Some of the in-room facilities are showing their age and are not up to scratch (water pressure, wifi speed in particular)

Service was excellent the whole team was very helpful and would happily assist me when requested.
Crows are annoying . all day long you will hear them and see them at the pool.
