VERY CLEAN and COMFORTABLE stay close to Negombo Beach and the airport. The room was peaceful, well maintained, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, helpful, and arranged everything smoothly. Great location for airport transit, beach visits, and nearby restaurants. Excellent value for money with a warm homely atmosphere.

I had a local style breakfast and my partner had English breakfast which is a very healthy .
Welcoming us at the reception was amazing

not much, a simple, smelly room with a weak AC..
The owner called me early in the morning to ask if I have a pet? Clearly he knew it wasn't my pet, I would never leave my own pet roaming around. But that annoyed me a bit.. Better communication, had to pay extra for AC, the cost was the same price as of the room. So we were not happy but had to be done
