오타루 대운하가 걸어서 5분 거리 이며, 쇼핑거리까지 걸어서 10분 거리라 접근성이 좋습니다.
1층에 사장님이 친절하게 접객해주셨습니다.
주차장이 넓어서 렌트카 주차하기가 편리했으며, 숙소도 시설이 깔끔했고 좋았습니다. 식당에는 각종 조미료가 있어서 요리하기에도 좋습니다.
근처에 편의점 마트 식당 등 접근이 용이했고 오타루 중심지도 멀지 않아서 이동하기 좋았습니다.
시설이 넓고 다이닝룸이 있어서 가족단위 여행객들이라면 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있을 것 같습니다.
계단이 조금 높기는 하지만 큰 문제가 되지는 않습니다.

おしゃれで綺麗にされて快適に過ごせました。
アメニティもきちんとあったので、持参しましたが使わずに済んだのでとても良かった
重たい荷物だったのので、階段が怖かった

Close to train station and canal and shops/museums. Easy check in and check out. Good value. Laundry
We had a party of 3 and I booked here as there were 3 bedrooms and we realky needed to spread out. However, 2 of the rooms were locked so all three of us were crammed into one room.

The location is good, and can have parking, although need to pay (but if the customer drive to eat ramen, the car park is free). The price is compatible for the location
The stairs are really difficult to climb if we are having luggage (but nobody will go for vacation without big luggage). There is no air condition inside the sleeping rooms, really hot and at the same time the host does not have any fan for us to cool down. The toilet facility is no good (toilet seat not fitted well), no exhaust fan embrassed smell spread to the living area.
