Apartment was very quiet and clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful.
Water temperature was a bit tricky to regulate.

Excellent location
This is the 2nd time we've stayed, this time we had a ground floor apartment (previously top floor). The bathroom was right at street level and the whole apartment felt very overlooked. The deadlock inside the apartment didn't work so had to rely on the key card only for security.
Apartment 6 felt in need of a deep clean and sort out. The doors/frames are really dirty, skirting boards dirty and window sills had mug stains. The furniture (kitchen table, coffee table) was scratched and bubbled. The wallpaper was torn in areas also.
When we stayed it was 25-28C and the apartment was hotter inside than outside, even with windows open (then very noisy!). It felt a bit like a base for a stag/hen weekend rather than a family holiday

Pleasant reception staff and could check in before 3pm
Dated and room was very hot. Frustrating when the reception area had air conditioning but the rest of the hotel didn’t. Pillows were poor quality.
