Private, peaceful, warm, simple, elegant, modern interiors and a great location. Wish more accommodation could be like this. Entire building is automated ie digital locks. Didn't meet any staff (and that's ok). Very modern interiors, quiet, solid. Bathroom facilities very good. Warm.
Confusing emails from the host and took some hunting to determine the PIN codes for the main door and room. Could have been clearer and in BOLD text. Light bulbs mismatched and one was missing. More coffee sachets and an extra toilet roll wouldn't have gone amiss. Overall though I really liked the place.

We were happy about the followings:
- price
- location (only 5 minutes walk to get to the train station + the whole neighbourghood is safe and offers many shops, pharma stores etc.)
- comfort and equipment of the room, large shower, comfy beds etc.
- flexibility (self check-in/out, no keys needed, only codes)
Overall, we were satisfied and would book again.
I would give 10 stars but there were also those little details:
- washing liquid was there, but no sponge, se we needed to buy our own
- toilet paper: only one roll, so we bought our own
- the only pan had several scratches on its surface (absolutely not to be used)

Good location, very nice building, newly renovated bathroom, large room for price, kitchen in unit was surprisingly well equipped.
Pictures of laundry in bookings.com photos, when asked the host didn’t seem to know anything about laundry machines. Host was fast to response but didn’t give a clear answer. There was however a laundromat close to the property. There was also no drying rack in the room despite the room description saying there was.
Bathroom sink was plugged on arrival.
