Really appreciated the clear and detailed instructions sent prior to arrival. Perfect central location. The receptionists were friendly. I appreciated the Polish culture of not having to fake a smile 24/7 like we do back home 😂 which made the conversations more genuine. Please don’t listen to the negative reviews, when you talk to the receptionist they are very polite and friendly. It’s just a cultural difference which I really respect. I would return.
Clean enough in terms of bedding and the room overall, but could do with a deep cleaning - some mild stains on mattress.
