Great stay! The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. The location was perfect, and the price was excellent for what you get. All the facilities and amenities were very nice and well maintained.

Location is good, easy access to old town, train station.
1. Ad is advising to book the underground parking, but we managed to find the space for the car on the street very close the block of apartments for free.
2. There is a construction site in both sides of the building, so very noisy in the mornings (if you are a morning sleeper).
3. The apartment was not cleaned on our arrival time (please see pictures attached). I had to reach out to the agency to inform them about the mess and they managed to clean the apartment only around 7:00 P.M., when I should have had an access to it at 4:00 P.M.
4. Very poor communication from the agency, I had to make a contact with the all the time by calling the central number and waiting for 15 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Not responding to messages on Booking chat. They have never called me back even if I was requesting on multiple times.
5. Due to mess in the room, I requested to speak with their manager and asked for compensation, they refused to transfer me to the manager and they said that I can send them an email, however, the email address was never given.
6. Room was equipped with very low number of toiletries like toilet paper, no conditioner for the hair and kitchen towels.
