Molto bello, persone gentilissime, si vede che tengono molto a questa attività, trasmettono questo.

la villa molto bella ciascuna ha 5 camere, noi ne avevamo prenotate 4 e ci hanno offerto una stanza in più per essere soltanto noi nella casa. atmosfera calda e familiare, sembrava di essere a casa di amici e non in una struttura ricettiva

se proprio si deve trovare un piccolo neo, la cucina in comune è grande ma se tutti gli ospiti decidono di cucinare insieme non è sufficiente. Magari si potrebbe allestire un’altra postazione per la cucina quando la struttura è full

Whenever I go to Oman again, my timing will be based on room availability at Behlys Boutique...

1. Breakfast - delicious, fresh, excellent setting with superb staff and ability to visit with other guests or eat in private - whichever! 2. Room - Perfect in every way... and a bonus - I didn't have to ask for (and wait for) plug-in adapters... all configurations were available from the start. 3. Pool - Although I didn't use it I had some enjoyable times watching children swim... And it's huge and beautiful just to look at, just like the surrounding gardens with so many blooming plants and trees. ALSO... Room water is in liter glass serving decanters/bottles (no plastic WASTE), and bath amenities are regular size (so 1 plastic bottle lasts for ????? versus 4 small empty plastic bottles ending up in the trash each day).

Sehr nette Unterkunft mit Nähe zum Flughafen

Wir waren nur kurz da, aber die Inhaber waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Tip mit der Nutzung von OTAXI war richtig gut und hilfreich.

Für längere Aufenthalte braucht man ein Auto.

Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Der Pool angenehm warm. Alle waren so herzlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders an der Lage hat uns die Nähe zum Flughafen und zum menschenleeren Strand gefallen.

Great stay for our family.

It's a bit hard to find initially and we checked in very late but they left a note for us on the front door with instructions so we could let ourselves in and find our room easily. Parking very easy, breakfast wonderful. WiFi not very strong in the room but we were on the top floor. It worked very well in the breakfast area, around the pool and on the first floor. Great place to stay, worked great for our family and we would absolutely book again.

Excellent quiet location, close to a beautiful sandy beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking in shaded parking boxes.

A jewel of a hotel in a lovely city!

Rahim is an excellent host with an excellent staff - since I’m one of the few people on the planet w/o a cellphone they were most helpful in booking me snorkeling trips, cabs,restaurants - situated in a nice quiet neighborhood a few steps from the beach - they even have some bikes to ride! lovely pool - great breakfast - will gladly come back next time I travel to Oman

We really liked the villa. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great swimming pool. Really friendly and helpful staff. For us it was a great starting point for visiting Muscat and Oman.

Lovely place, lovely people, superb breakfast, huge terrace. I'd just suggest to put at least a small fridge to the rooms. If you stay at the highest floor it's a bit long way to go to the fridge in the kitchen for cold beverages. :) However this makes no difference in rating this property 10 out of 10. It is just a fantastic place to stay. However the most important thing is always the people. And the owner as well as his staff are fantastic! We do hope to meet again! All the best guys, it was a pleasure meeting you.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Quiet place and friendly staff. Very helpful at the guest house and also by sharing tips about the nice things to do/visit around. Family oriented and spacious bed rooms. Good location, easy to go around with the beach across the (quiet) street.

Very relaxing stay and a beautiful property. The owner is friendly and helpful.

warm welcome - we feel at Home

Very nice host and extremely friendly staff. The property offers a personal and individual atmosphere which we really enjoyed. Great pool and the sea is not far away. Nice breakfast as a small buffet, which we found sufficient. Egg dishes are freshly prepared.

The location is optimal to the airport (which did not bother further). But a bit off the beaten track, so that no suitable restaurants are nearby. The rooms are nice and spacious. Maybe a bit outdated, but clean and nice.

Relaxed and Chilled

All was good. I had a lovely room with a huge balcony and could hear the sea although the sea view was only partial. The staff very helpful and friendly and Rahim very knowledgable about places to visit and activities.

I booked the airport to hotel transfer for 16 real as I thought it was pick up and take back but it was only one way. This surprised me because the cost was very expensive for one way!

We had a great stay at Behlys Boutique. As there were only a few guests we even received a free room upgrade! The pool ist great to chill and the staff is very kind and friendly. Good continental breakfast. We were provided with a lot of info before arrival and while our stay, which was very helpful.

The drain in the shower was a little clogged.

I enjoyed the pool, the outdoor breakfast area but felt the price was a little high.

Screen door to patio was very difficult to close. Manager sent email to me saying I left without paying. I told his staff member that I was walking down to the cafe and would be back in an hour. She knew I left my suitcase, so obviously I was returning.

Very good

The owner is by far one of the nicest and kind people I have met. He is a wealth of knowledge and his experience gives his guests an added bonus: a concierge service that equals the top resorts here in Oman. He gives all of his guests unending help graciously and with tremendous respect. The pool is outstanding and it’s proximity to the beach an added bonus.
