Hearty breakfast and clean kitchen. Love the spa after a day on the mountain. Warm room and fantastic water pressure in the shower

The property was a lovely, cosy place and perfect for our one-night stay. It was clean, check-in was easy. A small TV would have been a nice addition, although it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. It would also be great if the kitchenette included a stovetop, especially for guests arriving later in the evening, as we struggled to find any nearby restaurants that were still open. One small suggestion would be to replace the large, bulky mirror above the bathroom sink with a flat mirror. The current mirror makes it a little awkward to use the sink, and water tends to splash around because of the limited space. The sink itself is small, which is perfectly fine, but a flatter mirror would make the area much more practical.

The bed was really uncomfortable and hope they can change the mattress.

The outdoor jacuzzi was great. Clean and heated when we arrived. We were the only guests so had it to ourselves.

The bathroom was tiny - couldn’t move around in it. The hotel is close to the railway so we were disturbed during the night. The breakfast that we had to get ourselves and wash up after us was rather frugal and uninspiring.
