my wife fainted from some allergy--the reception staff Fiona and Honey did a FANTASTIC job with the ambulance--hospital--rebooking our flights--extending our room stay--fabulous attitude--we are so grateful--back in NZ now--all good--thx so much xxx

Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. The room was huge, very luxurious and with many nice design elements. I especially liked the lighting plan in the room that is usually just an afterthought, here is was clearly part of the design of the room. The bathroom had every you could wish for and the bed was super comfortable! I liked having a good table and two additional couches with also plenty of electric connections.
It was perfect! The only thing if you stay at this property is to consider that the connection to the subway in more than 4 km away, but I thing a good connection to this area is now being constructed. But in fact I used Didi and that was fine and not expensive at all.

I liked the swimming pool area and the gym.
Staff barely speak English. Staff not very prepared for foreigner tourists. Dinner at the lounge very very bad. Breakfast good but always same thing. Toilets in the room has no fan ! Carpet in the room very dirty with lots of stain. People smile in the rooms .And many other things.
