Host went above and beyond by reaching out way ahead of check in day to ask how we’re getting there and provided contacts for transportation and porter service, everything went so smooth, when we checked in host left a champagne bottle for us and the place is very well decorated, clean and spacious. The terrace has an amazing view.
Host even reached out few times in between to check in and see how things are going.
Nocelle felt like a whole different experience, and we look forward to repeating it again.
Taxi from Napoli station was perfect, bus service is available every hour and only around $2.
This is the only detail, the shower is missing the door and the water constantly went on the floor but it seems like it may have been broken by a previous guest and maybe its just work in progress.

The view is to die for. We loved relaxing in the hot tub each night and watching the stars or eating breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was provided - standard packaged breads, muffins, crossiants and some juice and milk left in the fridge. All you need for a little meal to get you going. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll be obsessed. Cats are all over Nocelle and many of them loved coming to hang with us on the patio. Very friendly. The end of the hike for path of the gods is right by the homes entrance, so be aware there is a lot of foot traffic going by in the morning/daytime, but the patio is still very private and it did not bother us.
The only thing I’d like to point out is that the location is a bit of trek. If you’re looking for a peaceful and secluded spot, you’ve got it! It’s nestled in the sweet little spot of Nocelle, which is up the mountain further than Positano. The road to get there is very windy and either has to be taken via the local bus or a driver. We ended up using a private transfer (via booking.com) to go to and from, but it was pretty pricey being about $150-$200 one way. There are stairs that lead down to Positano but it’s about 1,700 steps. We ended up trekking down and then back up after a day of exploring, but it is truly a hike. We were there over Easter weekend so unfortunately most of the restaurants were closed early or completely closed. We did eat at the spot next door which is owned but the host’s family. They were very sweet and everything we had was yummy. Just be away that there are lots of stairs and you’ll have about a 10-15 min walk from the main lot to the home.

The view when could see. Let me start by saying most of this is the weathers fault.
No hot water on arrival. Owner told us to turn the hot water on. Owner said the last person turned it off and left it and it would take time to warm up. Took 2 hours. never got the stove to work. Instructions would have been good!
Coffee maker made a huge mess that had to be cleaned up and I never actually made a cup of coffee out of it.
Unfortunately rain completely changed pir plans and wr need to be in the city alot more bc of the rain

Nur die Aussicht
Das Unterkunft finden mit 25 Kilo Gepäck sehr schwierig, wenn ich keine empfängt das Unterkunft hat Warmwasserprobleme beim duschen man wird jeden Morgen um 8:00 Uhr von dem Nachbarn aufgeweckt. Da wo Kiosk aufmacht, kann man nicht ausschlafen. Mittags laute Musik von dem Nachbar von Kiosk Frühstück Croissant und Kaffee. Hinterher hat man uns gesagt man kann auch von Kühlschrank nehmen kann, Letzter Tag bevor man Unterkunft verlässt, muss man sein ganze Müll entsorgen selber und immer mit WhatsApp kommissionieren mit dem Unterkunft Besitzer keine kommt vorbei erklärt was
