My wife and I spent 22 days in Monte Verde. The apartment was really nice and clean five times each week. It had everything we needed. It had AC which was excellent as the weather was so hot. The owner Carmello who runs the reception was so helpful and was so pleasant to talk to. On our arrival he gave us all the info regarding, walks, shops etc. The apartments are very comfortable and very peaceful day and night and is very close to the centre of Puerto Rico.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Lovely home from home apt , very relaxed atmosphere , quiet and safe , will definatly go back
Pillows hard , court yard setting a lovely feature but a few comfortable couches would take it to next level

Monte Verde’s location is unbeatable. Close to the bus stop, beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, and a major mall, we were able to find everything we needed. Carmelo was an exceptional host, communication was excellent, and he gave several tips that made our stay extra memorable.
