Fantastic cottage on a nice quiet farm. Great facilities and the host supplied us with home baked cakes which was a lovely touch. We would certainly stay again
Communication very slow from the owner and particularly Sykes cottages as it took four emails to get a response from Sykes cottages. Once they had finally responded over an error on their third party Booking com they were very helpful.

Excellent location for exploring Snowdonia. Beautiful farm setting lovely and quiet everything you could want in the accommodation & more. Jane as a thoughtful host & really has covered everything.
The sign at the entrance could of been better.
10 / 10Outstanding·Apr 2024
The location was absolutely fantastic and all our activities were within a short drive away. Jane’s home made goodies were an amazingly lovely welcome and very much appreciated.
The Aqua jet bath was another amazing treat and the fully stoked log burner was such a nice touch.
10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2023
This is the perfect place to stay for exploring North Wales! Everything is within easy reach but, at the end of the day, you can retire to the peace and quiet. Jane went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we hope to return one day.
