Pool had great views and was a comfortable temperature. Bedrooms were of a good size although the one down in the cellar had no windows not suitable for children
The kitchen was a good size but badly organised. The knives were in a very low drawer accessible to small children. Also there were no plastic plates and bowls for the kids to eat outside with. We had a leaking Aircon unit and a broken shower head but these were dealt with immediately by the staff

We loved everything about this villa. Firstly the staff were welcoming on our arrival. The villa was so clean and has everything you need. It has 5 bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room. The villa is very spacious over 3 floors so lots of privacy for a large family or group of friends. Loved the pool and garden area, loved the BBQ. Loved the garage below villa for our rental car and the fact we were near a Lidl for shopping to get set up for the week. Near Siam Park and beaches and shops. Can see the sea from the villa. Great air conditioning in rooms. Thank you to Villa Isabella for having us, the holiday was tremendous.
There is nothing not to like. Its amazing.

All around a great villa, big enough for our family of 5. Comfortable beds, big sofas, outdoor space was great and the heated pool amazing, we swam at least twice every day
It’s very close to its neighbours and we happened to have a group of young men on each side so the music and general noise was not fun ☹️

The villa is beautiful and well equipped for a family stay. Rooms are large and spacious, and the pool is heated. Everywhere was clean.
Cleaners come once and stay about an hour.
Marco communicates well and gets his staff to resolve issues quickly as they arrive! In 15 days we had a TV issue, a blocked shower a noise issue and a broken kettle.
Marco was accommodating and approachable.
We stayed for 15 nights. He gave us late checkout when asked.
Bbq area and kitchen area are fantastic when you have a family.
Taxis are easy to get if you download the local taxi app.
The area surrounding the villa is not quiet at night. It was like ibiza party town for a few nights of our stay. After a very bad night we reported this.
Not only were the next door neighbours loud, parties do go on!
Apart from Marco, the staff assisting when needed and welcoming you speak 0 English.
The cleaners left floors dangerously slippy!
A hornets nest was by the front door, and they swarmed on hot days. It's not ideal when you have babies like I do.
TV is hit and miss. It loses signal alot. Not ideal when you travel with people who want to watch the bug football games.
Shower upstairs overflows. With the use of Google Translate, I got it resolved with the maintenance/ welcoming man.
If I was to be picky, the rooms underground are hot and.have no signal for phones.
Dishwasher does not clean well. This was already reported and promised on a previous review from a customer to be resolved.
