Easy access to the beach. Great view from front balcony.
We were not aware of the events taking place during this stay. Some concern from locals about safety with OrangeCrush ongoing.

Proximity to the beach.
The property is dated and not well maintained. Everything from the appliances to the furnishings were way past their primes. The elevator, which I relied upon to help my elderly parents back and forth from the unit, also didn’t work. The most disappointing thing was the lack of cleanliness. The unit smelled of dust and dust coated every surface. The towels, bed linens, and shower curtains were all yellowed and dingy. Additionally, we declined to use any of the kitchen utensils because they were all cloudy and unclean.
