Alles! Die Lage am schönen Sandstrand, der riesige und schöne Pool - optimal um lange Bahnen zu ziehen -, die herausragende Küche - das Essen war ein Genuss und wurde sehr ansprechend angerichtet - vor allem aber das unglaublich zuvorkommende Personal. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen! Alle Mitarbeiter waren maximal zuvorkommend und freundlich und stets bemüht, zu helfen. Das ist Dienstleistung Par excellence!!! Wir möchten ein paar Namen nennen, dabei aber betonen, dass wirklich ALLE Mitarbeiter Lob verdient haben: Ari, Sultan, Alma und Komang haben uns sehr zuvorkommend und charmant beim Essen begleitet, Siti und Putri gekonnt massiert. Wir haben wunderbare Tage mit Euch verbracht und jeden Tag sehr genossen, herzlichen Dank dafür!

Lombok ist muslimisch geprägt - mehrmals am Tag und auch Morgens um 5 Uhr hat man die Gebete über den Lautsprecher gehört

The property was beautiful and the location

It is isolated so you have to eat all meals at the hotel and the chef was TERRIBLE There was no flavour in any dish or meal . He could not cook an egg! Unfortunately this ruined an otherwise beautiful hotel and beach
