The Oberoi, Lombok

Possibly the best hotel experience we'e ever had. The location is stunning. There's plenty of space to enjoy the beachfront or the pool, with amenities and activities galore. We took advantage of the snorkeling and sunset boat trips, which we'll cherish the memories forever. The staff are very polite and accommodating, and tje service they provide is excellent. We were particularly impressed with the small attention to detail from housekeeping, who provided us with a lens cleaning kit knowing we had brought several cameras. A very nice touch. Would like to call out Anggy and Ali who treated us very well during the afternoon teas and at dinner. A very special place. Will be back for sure!

The breakfast choice was amazing and location overlooking the sea beautiful. The staff were second to none everything was perfect. We travel once a month and this was once of the most gorgeous hotels we have stayed in, we have already recommended the resort to family and friends.

Absolutely stunning resort! Attention to details, very well trained stuff, delicious food, beautiful rooms…. Special thanks to our snorkelling organisers Rodin and Katut ( hope o spelled their names correctly). Nyoman who look after us at the restaurants was amazing! Can’t fault anything! 6+* resort!

We wanted to stay longer🥹

Very friendly accommodating staff & service, beautiful spacious pool villa with 2 terraces overlooking the lawn and see towards sunset over the Gili Islands. Great blend of food and drinks. Beautiful corals and fish for snorkeling in front of the rocky hotel beach (probably 100 m from the shore). Beautiful landscape

5 o'clock prayer wake up (but they provide earplugs that work) ... the birds at 6 am are much more pleasant. No direkt access to the continued crescent beach of the bay. Small but very well equipped gym - crowded if there are more than 3 people.
