2nd time staying, and it was just as good as before. Beautiful rooms that are clean. Beds comfortable. Owners are very welcoming and friendly
Probably only thing was that the tap in the bathroom was very hard to turn on and off for my elderly mother.

Checking in at the front desk was incredibly fast and easy, with a friendly manager. The room was thoroughly clean and fresh, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Free, on-site parking was useful. The location was quiet, even though it looked like the road would be busy, and is convenient for exploring downtown Christchurch, Hagley Park and the University of Canterbury.
