Location is great. Stone throw away from Christchurch Town Hall and great cruisy walk to the city centre, garden, etc.
Room is actually spacious. Comfy bed and pillows.
The bins are too small and no plastic bags.
Staff are great but the ones in the reception, not too accommodating.

Comfortable and easy to get places
Just the big mirror at the lifts. A bit dangerous - walked straight into it as I didn't literally see it thought it was a continuation of hall.

Great location, comfy room. There was a fire alarm one afternoon but the staff handled it very calmly and professionally, and we were let back into the hotel soon after. Would stay again!
Bit of a disappointing view from the room, over a construction site/rubbish.
