Great room in main street above hotel - centrally located walking distance to many restaurants, shopping village, train station and National Stud
Staff were extremely helpful
had a problem regarding our holiday and Rachel who was an owner went out of her way to help us and make us feel at home when we were very stressed - could not have been more accommodating - we are so grateful to her
some stairs to get to room but nothing can do about that
room was a little warm although a fan was in room

Great location. Rooms very well decorated to a high standard. Bed super comfy.
No network available to connect to WiFi. This was reported on our first night but no reason was given.
The front drawer off the wardrobe came off when we arrived. Again this was reported on our first night but was not fixed during our 4 night stay.
Noisy mains water pump could be heard within our room and the adjoining accommodation

Rooms were beautifully decorated with good facilities. Coffee machine in the room was an added treat.
Unfortunately we were in an apartment which was located in a side alley. When we were returning to the room after dining there was a fairly intimidating group of lads hanging around in the alley so this tainted the whole experience.
