Pharaoh Azur Resort

The hotel is well located 12 miles from Hurghada city center and a 15 to 20 min drive from the airport. The hotel is a mix of standard hotel rooms and bungalows. We booked two one bedroom bungalows, each could fit three people, two in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bungalows are really lovely, surrounded by greenery and Palm trees with a small outdoor terrace. My mum was with us, she has mobility issues, I ask if they could accommodate us in bungalows closer to the hotel, so she didn't have to do too much walking. The hotel responded that they have pickup service using golf carts. This was by far one of the best things about the hotel, whenever we needed to go anywhere onsite we called reception and a cart would arrive in around 10 mins. The hotel was very busy but always clean and very spaced out so we didn't feel cramped at all. The service was among the best I have received in any hotel over the years. The reception staff were excellent and all other staff couldn't do enough fro you, always helpful with everything. We chose the all inclusive option and for the most part it was excellent. The quality of the food was really great especially the breakfast. With numerous options including Omelet and Waffle stations. I didn't have any stomach issues at all with the food here, it was of an excellent quality. The pool was large and even though it was busy, you always had space to move and enjoy the pool. The beach while a bit rocky was nice and the water was lovely and clear. Overall my family really enjoyed our stay in Pharaoh Azur Resort and we would definitely consider staying there again, which is the biggest compliment I could pay them given the scale of hotel choices in the area.

I had one issue which was the hotel staff who hung around the pool looking for people to use the spa facilities, they were extremely pushy.

I really liked it, the staff were perfect and they tried to help us to be happy with all possible ways, i loved the themes everyday and the food was delicious and vary everyday. The animation team tried his best everyday with different shows and foam parties. Thanks to everyone working there who made me and my family felt home. Special thanks to Mr Abdelrahman from the reception for being so nice

The food tasted great but there wasn't many variety except for the breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and all public areas were exceptionally clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was fresh and of good quality, and we enjoyed every meal. However, the menu lacked variety, and many of the dishes were repeated throughout our stay. Adding more options would make the dining experience even better. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality!
