The beach was definitely the best part of the hotel. It was beautiful, relaxing, and one of the highlights of my stay.
The food variety was quite limited, with almost the same dishes repeated throughout my three-day stay for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast in particular needs significant improvement, especially when compared with other hotels in Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel should work on offering a more varied and higher-quality menu.
Another downside is that almost everything closes around 11 PM–12 AM, leaving very limited options for guests who want to enjoy their evenings at the hotel. This makes the overall experience feel quite boring at night.
It was also disappointing to discover that the All-Inclusive package does not include alcoholic beverages. This should be clearly stated during the booking process rather than being mentioned only within the policies or “Important Notice” section, as it can easily be missed.
Overall, I believe the hotel would benefit from a significant revamp of its facilities, dining options, and entertainment experience. There are several hotels in Sahl Hasheesh offering a noticeably better overall experience, so improvements are needed for this hotel to remain competitive.
