SRNTY Sahl Hasheesh

We had an absolutely wonderful five-night stay at SRNTY Hotel Sahl Hasheesh and could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptionally well organized. The property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for a holiday. Our room was clean, comfortable and well prepared, and the overall quality of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently friendly, professional and attentive, always willing to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A very special mention goes to Mahmoud Aboutaleb, Front Office Manager. He was exceptional throughout our stay and truly represents the high level of hospitality we experienced at the hotel. Mahmoud was extremely professional, welcoming and attentive. He always greeted us warmly, listened carefully to our requests and made every effort to ensure that everything was taken care of. Overall, our stay was excellent from beginning to end. SRNTY Hotel Sahl Hasheesh provided us with a relaxing, comfortable and memorable holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel. A truly deserved 10/10 experience.

Everything. It is even impossible to write how exceptional everything was, from the facilities, to the incredible staff, the entertainment, the food. I rarely leave reviews but Serenity definetily deserves it! We came from three disastrous days: 3 women spending the night in a Giza ghetto with no sleep and scam bookings. We ditched everything we booked and just sought the highest scoring hotel in Hurghada, still a bit nervous because if even our travel agent fell for 3 hotels that didnt match the conditions, how could we trust any more hotels? My God, how lucky we were! First, Sahl Hasheesh as a whole community is incredibly safe, clean, modern. But SRNTY is an amazing place. From the get go, we were very well received, first place I could actually speak proper english and be understood. We were incredibly grateful to receive a free upgrade to the Swim-Up rooms: if you can afford them, it's an amazing upgrade to get, the privacy and relaxation you get is unparalled. The whole hotel is quiet, the staff are so well mannered and thoughtful, it really lives up to the name Serenity. The food is so well cooked, a very homemade feel, with like 50 options every meal, from various nationalities and cousines, freshly grilled and braised options. The 24/7 bar is amazing, because you are never without options to drink and eat. The private beach is amazing, with the staff always bringing you drinks very quickly, there's never a shortage of recliners and beds. Even the beach towels are such high quality. We have to personally thank Mr Ahmed Alazab, the front desk manager, who always answered to our every request, helped us when one of our friends fell ill (from our previous hotel bad conditions), always answered us within 5 minutes. I wish we would've known and spent our whole vacations here.

Nothing. If we really have to be fussy and give some suggestions for improvement, just three minor things: maybe the linens and bed could be slightly more premium, the breakfast box (for when you travel, you can order it) could probably be a bit better (but it was still a lot of food) and have a non-slip mat on the balcony when you exit the swim-up pool (every surface is amazing beautiful polished stone, which then has the downside of being quite slippery).

Check in Reception Reception management I'd rather rate the hotel only 5/10 to be honest rather than 0/10 as it was only one thing which affected the over-all experience which is check in.. I booked for my brother while I was travelling and fully paid while the hotel staff mentioned upon arrival the the room rate is only for European and not for Egyptian which was unexpected from both Booking.com and the hotel. they have been asked to pay +30% simply because they are Egyptian!! European guests as given 30% discount than Egyptian!! We have to pay a total of $488 for 02 rooms
