Everything was wonderful and I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Shady, the receptionist, for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. He was very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. His kindness and welcoming attitude made our stay much more enjoyable. 6 Days in Heaven at Pickalbatros Citadel!
From the moment we arrived, our stay was nothing short of extraordinary—6 days in absolute heaven! A huge special thanks to Mr. Shady Morkos, who took meticulous care of every single detail to make our stay so special and memorable. The entire staff is extremely friendly, always smiling, and constantly making sure we had everything we could possibly need.
Food: The dining options were outstanding, with a vast variety of fresh, delicious meals that exceeded our expectations every day.
Room Service: The room service was exceptionally prompt and thorough, keeping our room pristine and taking care of every request effortlessly.
Beach: The beach and lagoon area is absolute perfection, featuring stunning sea views, and crystal-clear waters ideal for relaxing and snorkling.
Night Activities & Entertainment: The evening shows and nightly activities were full of incredible energy and fun for everyone. A special shoutout to the entertainment team, who brought so much passion and joy, keeping us entertained every single night.

The hotel has amazing views, and the rooms are very good. There are also many beautiful spots around the property.
However, there are several issues that affected our stay. The hotel has a lot of stairs, which makes it very inconvenient for families with kids or strollers. To reach the beach, you need to go through many stairs, with no ramps or elevators available.
Also, none of the pools were heated starting from May, so the water was too cold and not suitable for kids.
Despite having more than five restaurants, the food quality was quite poor, with very limited selection and variety.
