The location was next to the lake, we were able to use the free parking and take the bus from outside the hotel to go around the lake. Parking is expensive and hard to find around Garda.lovely lake view from the balcony. Pizza restaurant below good and not expensive for drinks and food.shower always had hot water and was powerful.
The room and areas were spotlessly clean but the cleaners must have sprayed half a tin of air fresher in the room so we had to leave the front and back door open to vent the room . Someone else who had just arrived had the same issue. The fridge was like an oven ,the air con barely worked and we couldn’t connect to WiFi in the room but we didn’t talk to reception about it as it wasn’t that much of a problem for us, as we just left the patio door open.breakfast was an additional €30 per person per night which we thought was very expensive especially after just leaving a lovely 4star where it was only €15 each.

We really liked the location right in front of the lake, as well as the friendly staff and the food in the restaurant. The room was cleaned every day. Dogs were welcome, and when we lost our dog’s leash the staff kindly provided us with a new one, which we really appreciated. There are two parking areas: one directly in front of the hotel and an additional parking lot a short distance away.
The bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. Breakfast was not included and had to be purchased separately.

Lake view, sound proof door. Receptionist was very nice!
Breakfast quality very low, and self serve so it was a bit unorganized. Rooms were small and dated, bed needs to be replaced.
