This is a very nice luxury hotel. Lovely rooms and comfortable beds. Good on site parking and a fun Spa. Breakfast and evening meal was excellent with friendly staff.
Just the slight impression that the hotel does not miss a trick when it comes to additional charges….. The Spa charge of 22 euros each for 75 mins was excessive for hotel guests. Staff at the Spa were not very friendly/enthusiastic.

I spent three nights here and as a solo traveller, I honestly can’t express how grateful I am to all the lovely ladies in the restaurant and bar who made my stay feel so special. They were so warm, friendly and welcoming. Thank you, ladies!
I also had a one-to-one PT session in the gym, which I hated and loved in equal measure, but it was brilliant!
This is definitely somewhere I would stay again on my next road trip. I felt very comfortable here and really enjoyed my stay.

We felt the information about the facilities of this hotel is slightly misleading. We booked this hotel because there was an indoor pool, but when we arrived we found out you have to pay 36 euros per hour extra as a couple (even 44 euros per hour in the weekend) to use the indoor pool. This was not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com. Therefore, we wouldn't return. I would recommend going to Coolrooms Palacio de Luces instead; also a 5 star hotel but then with all the facilities included for a similar price per night.
On a positive note; the rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable.
