Friendly staff who are welcoming. The setting is amazing!! The pool area is nice and the Chalets are a lovely set up.
Well equipped small kitchen, clean fridge with small freezer section. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave all great.
The chalet was so hot and we couldn't have the doors open because of all the flies. A ceiling fan or perhaps fly nets on the doors/windows would be welcome. It was uncomfortable sleeping because of the temperature.
It was unfortunate that we stayed Sunday and Monday so the restaurant was closed for our stay.
No oven in the kitchen.
We couldn't sit out on the patio because of the flies.

Nice but not international standard both staff and facilities - restaurant unavailable for guest across a full weekend because short on staff without any heads-up, casual information at checking ... slightly annoying knowing that options in a 20-minutes radius are extremely limited ... chalets are cute but far from meeting expectations created by online pictures - refurbishment and soundproof upgrades rooms need to be seriously considered. Overall, a 5 out of 10 though it the only decent place in the valley. Pool not heated despite being at 1000 meters ... enjoy the water below 20C
