Great location, easy to navigate to from the station. Easy check in and check out, excellent to have breakfast included and discounts for the bistro.
It was a little loud but died off at a reasonable hour!

I need to start with the staff, they were all brilliant - but a special shoutout must go to Ciccio who helped us when our room flooded intervening very quickly, made sure to always be available for anything we needed and was generally brillianht. Our bathroom flooded on our secon day, so we were moved to a luxury room because of it which I appreciated, and our bags were taken there for us. Comfy bed, air con worked perfectly, clean, and a lovely spot right by Santa Croce, which was stunning. Both rooms were comfy and great, though the luxe was nice and spacious and had more room to e.g. sit down or get ready.
Breakfast was fabulous and lots of choice, and we had dinner in the evening to make most of the 20% discount - it was excellent.
Our initial room was slightly small, but it didn't really matter as we weren't there much.

We loved the location. Easy access to everything that Lecce had to offer. We liked the size of our room and we liked our roof terrace. Was lovely to be able to sit outside in the evening to admire the sunset and listen to the sounds of the town. Aircon very welcome in 30+ degree heat.
What great staff too! Everyone was helpful and friendly, special mention to Arturo, Roberto, Francesco and Mimi. Discount at Miro bistro great idea. Food was delicious and we ate there most nights.
Room needs some extra storage for clothes. No drawer space. Perhaps in area under table. Bedside drawers would have been very helpful for personal items.
Some form of awning or parasol on terrace needed. Couldn’t sit out during the day. Curtain on door to terrace needs new hooks!

confortable bed and nice breakfast.
a restaurant has his terrasse just in front of the bedroom window. it has an external speaker that played loud music until 23h00-23h30. The miro staff had discussion with the restaurant to lower the noise, which helped a bit, but it was still a nuisance, especially with a child.... Don t rent the yellow room if you h1ve kids that need to sleep before 23h00....
